agent and broker's training program is offered through a home correspondence and
e-learning courses taught over the Internet. You can take it in your spare time,
our certified modular agents graduate into a support system where they get
additional assistance. These agents sell and market condo apartment complexes
include duplex, quadruple, townhouse, mid and high rise apartment buildings. A
certified modular marketing agent can choose from more than 50 floor plan
styles. They are part of a unique marketing network that have sub-agents who
rely on them to supply apartment building complexes.
Unlike,
traditional real-estate agents, modular marketing agents
don’t have to search for property to list. Modular buildings are sold
new and come directly from the factory. Also, you can work as a commercial agent
or broker part-time from home.
Our
training department is headed by a top commercial real-estate specialist, with
more than twenty years of experience in commercial real estate. He won
a number of awards including membership in the Merrill Lynch Realty's
president and million dollars clubs for outstanding commercial associates.
He is also a Master Business Developer and currently build business model and
franchises.
